Emily in Vancouver needs meal help...Emily Yasson (prayer request, April 11th) is home from the hospital, but is in considrable pain as she waits to begin some sort of treatment for her cancer. Their small fellowship in Vancouver has been trying to keep up with the meal needs of the family, but may need some support from us if you're willing. If you would like to help provide for this young family (Dad, Mom and two kids) and lend a hand to this fellowship (MacArthur Blvd. Christian Church) please call the Elsensohns at (360) 835-9176. Meals covered but keep checking...
I just talked to Greg, Emily's husband, and he says that they are covered for food at present. Even so, please keep checking since the need may still present itself. In the mean time, please keep the Yassons in prayer. They are beginning treatment, which, at present has required transfusions. They are both very grateful for the support that they have received.
